Why Aiante Residents Should Not Rely Upon Next Door App for Accuracy
Aliante Master Planned Community Unit Owners have the legal right to exercise free-speech via ANY public forum, side-walk, public website, public social media application, mobile application, including, but not limited to the NextDoor App.
Over 60% of Aliante Master Planned Community unit owners rely upon the Next Door App for general community-based news, events, weather, and to share news and opinions about providers of services, new businesses within the Aliante Master-Planned Community, as well as to highlight the wonderful work being performed by our North Las Vegas Police Department to keep the community safe.
Unit Owners complain that polls addressing the conduct of Seville-Etage Board President and Board Members were illegally removed without a valid reason.
When Aliante Master Planned Community Unit Owners use the NextDoor App, they anticipate the ability to exercise their free-speech rights within the framework of the policies of the NextDoor App, including the ability to create polls that allow Unit Owners to report upon and share their experiences about Aliante Master Association Board Members, First Service Residential emplyoees, as well as experiences with and their opinions of Seville-Etage Board Members.
If a Board Member or Seville-Etage President discourages and intimidates Unit Owners or operators of the NextDoor App, then the NextDoor App is not really a legitimate means to express free-speech; it is a tool of corruption, and censorship!!
Persons that practice free-speech censorship generally have something to hide, and do not want the public to be aware of SERIOUS CORRUPTION taking place!!
As an example, Aliante-Ness Investigators posing as a Unit Owner tried to post a simple poll about the Sevilleoard President.
Within 12 hours, the poll was flagged by either the subject if the poll or a close associate.
Despite what should be an obvious free-speech question that did not attack the character or credibility of the Seville-Etage Board member, did not state any untrue facts, did not discuss multiple lawsuits involving the Board President, and did not offer any opinion(s), the poll was considered as violating the "Community Standards" of the NextDoor App: Translation: FREE-SPEECH IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE NEXTDOOR APP AND NEITHER IS FREE-SPEECH APPARENTLY TOLERATED BY SEVILLE-ETAGE BOARD MEMBERS OR THE ALIANTE MASTER ASSOCIATION.
The Aliante-News website SUPPORTS free-speech. By contrast, the Next Door mobile app is TRASHY, WORTHLESS APP, THAT USES CHINESE SENSORSHIP TACTICS, lacks the credibility to even support a simple poll, treats Aliante and Seville-Etage residents like prisoners, and children.
Polls that step on the toes of Aliamte Master Association BOard Members or Seville-Etage Board President Matthew Olden will be
