Should Matthew Olden be removed as Board President of the Seville-Etage Homeowner Association?
More and more aliante residents are asking that question. It seems like a fair question to ask if one takes into account certain facts about the background of Matthew Olden.
An investigation by Aliante-News reporters has uncovered some disturbing details about Seville-Etage President Matthew Olden, and his wife.
Multiple Aliante residents and HOA pundits and critics contend there are numerous reaons why some Unit Owners are expressing their displeadure. Matthew Olden is a long-time Seville-Etage Board member. He has done a commendable job according to some residents while others have opposite views.
Prospective buyers, business owners, renters, and property owners near and within the Aliante Community should consider the following, however:
The fact that the vast majority of Aliante residents maybe too cowardly to speak up against Seville-Etage Board members will not make these allegations go away.
The Aliante News channel is publishing the same opinions and allegations that many others whisper.
In or about November of 2022, or thereabouts, former Seville-Etage Board Secretary Cecil Moore sent Seville-Etage and Aliante Unit Owners a notice of events and suspicions actions concerning Seville-Etage Board President Matthew Olden. The notice claimed that Matthew Olden and his cronies were forcing out Cecil Moore from his elected position as Secretary. Matthew Olden used an HOA lawyer to draft allegations against Cecil Moore (not the first time that HOA lawyers were used by Matthew Olden)
According to an informal interview and court-filed documents, many Aliante Unit Owners feel that Matthew Olden is an embarassment. For example, former Aliane resident Cecil Moore sought input and feedback from the vast majority of Unit Owners. Although many expressed that they shared his opinon, few had the courage to voice their opinions because they were raised to be cowards!
The bitter and personal disputes involving the Seville-Etage Board President and Seville-Etage Unit Owner Cecil Moore largely led to the Unit Owner being removed as Secretary. Eventually, the long-time Unit Owner decided to leave the entire area and move out of the entire country. Wow!
It was no secret that Matthew Olden hated certain neighbors. Cecil Moore alleged in his lawsuit and with multiple property owners that Matthew Olden misued HOA Funds, and that he was a tyrant.
Aliante neighbors claim that Mr. Moore expressed privately of his disgust with Matthew Olden calling him names, belittling him, and making Cecil Moore so angry that law enforcement became involved. The two men almost came to blows or much worse.
In his final letter as Secretary, former Aliante resident Cecil Moore wrote to Seville-Etage Unit owners and documented his beliefs of "personal harassment and retaliation" by Matthew Olden; misuse of HOA funds by Matthew Olden; the use of character and deragotary insults by Matthew Olden against his neighbor; illegally demolishing a Community Wall without a permit; storing a large and ugly boat in his backyard despite the fact no one else is allowed to do so; being ashamed of his penis impotency; deceit (not acknowledging records that were documented over 15 years ago, and piling on fines and fees for questionable so-called "violations."
The Aliante News channel has investigated many of these allegations against Matthew Olden. The Cecil Moore lawsuit was only the tip of a gigantic ice-berg.
Many Aliante and Seville-Etage Unit Owners have privatly expressed their belief that Matthew Olden is the face of Seville-Etage HOA frustration and the by-product corruption. As President of the Aliante Master Association, residents feel that Janelle Furhrman is equally corrupt because she rubber stamps requests made by Matthew Olden..
As it turns out, in July of 2024, a video of Matthew Olden personally arguing a deceitful cause before the City of North Las Vegas, NV Planning Commisioners was created. Matthew Olden appears as a fat, slow, and extremely stupid person, to say the least.
One must assume that his wife or female puppy (Monica Olden) is staying with him only because she has no where else to go OR she is so ugly that no other man wants her!
The opinons expressed by long-time Aliante residents is that Matthew Olden is an eyesore of corruption and ugliness. Many Aliantr and Seville-Etage Unit Owners are afraied of Matthew Olden and his apparent willingness to use his position to generate fines, unethcal violations, or use his pet tool Community Manager Mia Hooks for corrupt purposes.
Given the volume of lawsuits, illegitimate Red Rock Collection notices, fines, and failed court cases, community complaints point to Matthew Olden. To investigate these matters, Aliante News investigative reporters attempted to post a simple poll on the NextDoor app concerning Community input about Matthew Olden. The poll was flagged by either Matthew Olden or his friend(s) or associates within 12 hours.
The actions and conduct of the previous Seville-Etage Board Members, particularly Richard Stenehjem, mirror the failed policies of the current Seville Etage HOA Association: illegitimate or questionble community violations backed by silenced and/or corruption.
According to a Freedom of Information Act request, court records, transcripts, legal files, and reports shared by community Aliante Unit Owners, community informants, Matthew Olden has more than a few lost marbles. His brain, or whatever he calls that area of his head, certainly is not impressive.
Within a year of becoming President, court records reflect that in or about May of 2018, a Seville-Etage Unit Onwer requested a copy of the Management contract of Sharon L. Tierney (Seville-Etage Community at the time).
In or about July of 2018, court records indicate that the Unit Owner again requested a copy of the Management Contract per NRS 116A.620. Neither Seville-Etage Board President Matthew Olden or his pet Community Manager replied, according to lawsuit records and government sources.
Instead of complying with the legal request for records, Matthew Olden instead hired and/or approved a lawyer to file a Temporary Protection Order!!
Unwilling to confront anyone face-to-face, or conduct an actual public hearing, the prevailing modus operanadi of Matthew Olden is to apparently hide BEHIND a keyboard and schedule faceless "MICROSOFT TEAM" meetings WHILE ALSO targeting certain Unit Owners.
Matthew Olden has been Board President dating back over 10 years!! Imagine the President of the United States or the Nevada Governor holding office for that long!!!
Aliante residents report that Matthew Olden loves to brag that he is a former U.S. Marine. Perhaps he was the water boy. What we do know is that Matthew Olden can't seem to get over his loser status in life. Aliante Unit Owners complain constantly about Matthew Olden, it seems.
The current Seville-Etage Board is made up of President Matthew Olden; Florstine Tyler (an alleged Uncle Tom Black female who submits to the will of liberal extremist males like Matthew Olden); and Marisa Kagan.
Matthew Olden is the friend of the previous Seville-Etage President RICHARD STENEHJEM. Neither boy has a college degree from any legitimate first-class N.C.A.A. university; neither boy seems to be articulate.
When a person joins the U.S. Military and becomes a U.S. Marine or part of the Army, the enlistee is expected to be brainless but excellent at following orders.
The paper trail of lawsuits and complaints, and HOA violations, clearly evidences multiple reasons why Aliante residents are fed up with Matthew Olden.
Aliante Unit Owners allege that Matthew Olden works with a corrupt Seville-Etage Board that deliberately targets certain Unit Owners while allowing his closet friends, and supporters, to escape severe and obvious HOA violations.
In other words, Matthew Olden is alleged to use a sophisticated, but dirty scheme, of coordinated, pre-scheduled, drip-drip (automatically send a violation notice every month or so to his targeted critics for pure harassment and personal perversity and self-gratification. One sick puppy!
New and original Unit Owners contend that some Unit Owners have left the Aliante Master Planned Communuty largely because of the suspect policies, suspect actions, and serious complaints, associated with the reign of Matthew Olden

On or about July 10th, 2024, Matthew Olden appeared before the City of North Las Vegas Planning Commisson to SEEK A PERMIT FOR A WALL HE HAD ALREADY DEMOLISHED!!
Not a single cowardly North Las Vegas NV Planning Commission member had the courage to reject his excuses. How many Aliante community members are allowed to: 1.) Demolish a community wall without a permit; 2.) Store a 2-ton boat in their backyard with a permit; 3.) Violate the American Disability Act; and, 4.) Tell lies before the North Las Vegas NV Planning Commission AND GET AWAY WITH IT?
To this day, Seville Etage Board President Matthew Olden uses his personal property as an eyesore, and the belief that no one can police his unethical and/or illegal acts.
A United Healthcare CEO had the same belief before his ego was finally laid to rest.
Oh, the unsightly wall he demolised without a permit, and the boat he stored in his backyard without a permit, are still cases that appear to be still unresolved. You see, the Hispanic members and the Black members of the North Las Vegas NV Planning Commission are natural cowards: They cannot enforce a single violation because of their natural cowardice and fear; a theory proposed by the Ku KLix Klan (Black men, Black woman, and Hispanic men are natural cowards)
Refer to North Las Vegas City Planning Commisions SPR-05-2024, and lawsuit case Case #A-22-860101-C, Department 29 involving Matthew Olden as a Defendant, as well as complaints related to Community Managers who acted in concert with Matthew Olden.
One of the major reasons why Las Vegas tourism continues to decline, is that corruption, deceit, and vice, can only go on for so long.
Illegal immigration, use of incompetent Americans who have a low I.Q. level and who fill Board positions in HOA communities, unqualified and incompetent front-line employees who have no customer service skills, etc., can only last so long before critic and others begin to document the corruption.
Since becoming Seville-Etage Board President under Matthew Olden, the Seville-Etage Homeowner Association, has faced numerous serious legal accusations in court as well as before the Nevada Real-Estate Division. A sample of these accusations, obtained from court records/government records/lawyers\transcripts, reveal the following.
It is entirely possible that Aliante residents are simply too dumb to know these facts, or they are not aware that these sort of complaints should be known to prospective buyers.
In fact, the Nevada legislature should pass a law prohibiting persons like MATTHEW OLDEN from serving terms as long as a DICTATOR; He continies to be Board PRESIDENT BECAUSE NOT A SINGLE RESIDENT IN ALIANTE HAS THE COURAGE OR HALF-BRAINS TO BE BETTER!
Perhaps when their property values begin to plummet as more Aliante and Seville-Etage Residents come forward, they will think twice before continuing to support corruption.
