Is Seville-Etage Community Manager Mia Hooks a legitimate Community Manager or simply a Tool of Corruption for a suspicious Nevada Homeowner Association?

In this articile, we investigate the historical role of African-American females as being willing and> cooperative co-conspirators who help to de-stabilize America, including Black Homeowners, Black voters, and the Black family while discreetly serving liberals, Jews, and their Yankee masters.

Using the fake name of Mia Hooks, Tytamia Tiera Lacruise Hooks is the Community Manager of Seville Etage in North Las Vegas, NV. She receives prders and instructions from the Executive Board of Seville Etage Homeowner's Association, whose President is a left-leaning, liberal, supporter named Matthew Olden. Her immediate Supervisor is a Hispanic person by the name of Elizabeth Polanco.

We could find no public record that Matthew Olden or other Seville-Etage Board members who have publicly protested against the assignment of Tytamia Tiera Lacruise Hooks. We must therefore assume that Matthew Olden and other Seville-Etage Board members have agreed to accept and to work with Tytamia Tiera Lacruise Hooks despite community claims that she is unqualified and she owns no property in the area.

The alleged actions and inactions of Mia Hooks are not surprising. Look at around and study statistics concerning African-American females as angry D.E.I. hires. They serve as corrupt prosecutors (Fani Willis who hired her boyfriend to help prosecute Donald Trump in a failed circus act); they serve as to disrupt lawful and legitmate Immigration Enforcement (New Jersey Rep. How did First Service Residential reach the conclusion that Mia Hooks is qualified to become a Community Manager?? Apparently, whatever their rational they used they are not proud of it. If they were, Mia Hooks would have complied with requests for a copy of her mannagement contract (as she is required by law to provide!)

This article seeks to expose the real reason why Mia Hooks was hired: She is a Tool of Corruption; a sacrifice to perform illegal acts that no white woman would do, and which Matthww Olden wants to avoid.

Aliante Unit owners should carefully consider whther or not Mia Hooks represents their interests of the interests of First Service Residential.

What N.C.A.A. Divison I university did Mia Hooks graduate from? None! What college degree(s) does she have? None! What trainig has she completed except paying only $300 for a cheap certificate? None!

If the record books, contracts, and agreements, and expense reports of the Aliante Master Homeowner support the hiring of Mia Hooks then does the Seville-Etage Board under W.Y.N. Matthew Olden refuse to comply with lawful requests for records?

Aliante residents and critics allege that complaints, letters, e-mails, and inquiries about Mia Hooks to Hispanic pet Elizabeth Polancco, the Regional Director of First Service Residential, have all been ignored despite Elizabth Polanco claiming to be the "Supervisor" of Mia Hooks.

Corruption typically follows when you place a Hispanic in a position of authority. Hispanic women are the most corrupt and least qualified females in the world, next to Hispanic men. Their only skill is speaking Spanish!

Nevada Adminstraitive Code 116A.350 is the law that applies to Community Managers. Allegations of misconduct; submission of complaint; investigation and report; action by Administrator; appeal. (NRS 116A.200, 116A.400,116A.410)

1. 1. If a person who alleges that a community manager is guilty of misconduct sends the allegations of misconduct in writing to the community manager in an attempt to resolve the issue without filing a complaint with the Division, the community manager shall, in good faith, acknowledge and respond in writing to the person making the allegations within 12 working days after he or she receives the allegations.
2. 2. A complaint about a community manager must:
   
   1. (a) Be submitted to the Division on a form provided by the Division;
   2. (b) Be signed by the person submitting the complaint; and
   3. (c) Include, without limitation:
   
   
   1. (1) The identity of the community manager who is alleged to have violated a provision of this chapter or chapter 116 of NRS, and the nature of the alleged violation;
   2. (2) All evidence supporting the allegations, including, without limitation, as appropriate, corroborating statements by other persons or specific information as to persons who may be contacted to provide such corroboration;
   3. (3) The name, address and telephone number of the person submitting the complaint;
   4. (4) Documents that evidence an attempt by the person submitting the complaint to resolve the issue with the executive board or the community manager, including, without limitation, any written response of the executive board or the community manager to the allegations of the person submitting the complaint; and
   5. (5) If filed by a tenant of a unit’s owner, ratification of the complaint by the unit’s owner without the use of a power of attorney by the tenant.

Unit Owner Complaints Against Mia Hooks continue to Pile UP!!

1. Mia Hooks has very poor Customer Service skills. Unit Owners have complained that she illegally hangs up the telephone during an administrative process;
2. Unit Owners complain that Mia Hooks provides no written explanation for her unethical or inappropriate actions;
3. Unit Owners complain that Mia Hooks on several occasions refused to reply to legal requests for Inspection of Records; Production of Documents, Contracts, and Agreements;
4. Unit Owners complain that Mia Hooks has recruited and coached other employees to aid, abet, her illegal actions; and, that she has coached her co-conspirators to help her evade inquiries;
5. Unit Owners complain that Mia Hooks refuses to accept evidence of compliance with purported violations while she ignores violations engaged in by Seville Etage Board President Matthew Olden and his friends;
6. Unit Owners complain that Mia Hooks refuses to provide a legal explanation for any "Meeting" and what standards can the Unit Owner expect during such a "Meeting", etc.

Unit Owners complain that "Mia Hooks" is aiding and abetting Matthew Olden to illegally violate federal laws, as evidenced by her refusal to enforce the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 against the Seville Etage President Matthem Olden, refer to Case Item#5, July 10, 2024. SPR-05-2024 PUETOLLANO TRUST COONS CARTER ESQ TRS. Applicant: Matthew Olden. Request: A Site Plan Review in an R-1 MPC (Single-Family Residential Master Plan Community) to allow a Second Drive Access where One is allowed. Location: 7118 Puetollano Drive. (APN 124-19-513-067).
8. The conduct engaged in by the Seville-Etage Board in general, and MIA HOOKS, is alleged to have violated NRS 200.575
9. A failure of the Seville-Etage Board to provide adequate maintenance and upkeep of the Seville-Etage area is a violation of NRS 116.3107. Allegations of numerous violations within the Seville-Etage area that have existed for years, or many months, and that nothing is being done.
10. Allegations of misuse of Seville-Etage Homeowner Association dues to defend malicious, inappropriate conduct, and for self-enrichment;

Conclusion: Seville-Etage Community Manager Tytamia Tiera Lacruise Hooks a/k/a/ Mia Hooks

Halle Berry, Diana Ross, Serena Williams, Oprah Winfrey, Kamala Harris, represent what liberals have done to America. They have used Blackwomen as WHORES, PROSTITUTES, AND TRAMPS.

At the same time, as Halle Berry and Mia Hooks, have demonstrated, many North American Black females have gladly embraced their roles as Pet N-word for liberals.

Aliante residents have complained about xxx for good reasons. She ignores requests for Seville-Etage records, refuses to follow N.R.S. statue and acts like a Pet Nigger. She is clearly an embarassment!

Mia Hooks can't qualify for or own a home in Aliante, but she serves as a Community Manager. Why can't FirstService Residential assign this incompetent, low-classy, uneducated, person to a ghetto area?

Aliante residents have complained that Mia Hooks has ignored every legitimate request for compliance with N.R.S. statutes; that she hangs up the phone on Unit Owners, that she uses lies and deceit to manufacture alleged Community Violations, while protectting the friends and associates of Mathew Olden, and Janelle Fuhrmann.

First Service Residential should abandon all D.E.I. standards. Leave persons like Mia Hooks in ghetto areas.

As long as Mia Hooks is the Community Manager, she will continue to behave like her role models. She wil lower property values, refuse all requests for records, ignore letters, ignores all laws, and behave like she was raised: a BLACK WHORE SERVING LIBERALS AND THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY!
